Varad is a PhD scholar in Computer Science at the University of Oxford — the inaugural CS scholar at the Oxford Institute for Ethics in AI — and a researcher at Trinity College, Cambridge. He has previously been a research scientist at Amazon, a software engineer at Microsoft, and a research intern at DeepMind.
